5. Undeliverable Items: We will fully refund items that are returned to us as undeliverable. This refund will include shipping charges (within the UK), but not handling charges. Shipping Policy

1. If you need to return an item purchased from our online store, please contact us through our website here, as we do not have any retail stores or outlets for items to be purchased or returned to. Refunds can be claimed for items returned to us within 14 days of receipt by the customer.


2. To initiate a return, please contact us through our website here, for return details. Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging with tags or labels attached. We will not accept returned products that show any sign of having been worn or washed, including where products are stained or otherwise marked or damaged.


3. If any such items are returned to us, or are in an unsaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse your refund. We kindly ask that you check sizes and product codes before ordering to ensure a smooth return process.


4. Refunds can also be claimed for orders that haven't been shipped, are missing, or arrive with product issues such as being defective, incorrect, or damaged. Please notify us within 14 days of the arrival of the product with issues as described. Let us know as soon as a product has not arrived on its expected date.


5. Please note that certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. These items include earrings and rings for body piercings, underwear, and swimwear. We do not offer refunds for these items.
